Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://mfelectricserviceswoodbridge.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, M&F Electric Services markets and arranges Electrical Services, Residential Electrical Services, Commercial Electrical Services, Electrical Panel Upgrade, Circuit Breaker Repair, Wiring Installation, Electrical Wiring, Electrical Panel Upgrades. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by M&F Electric Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. M&F Electric Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of M&F Electric Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify M&F Electric Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under VA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in VA for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
